His career spans the full arc of the discipline — from financial forecast analyst producing variance reports and lease abstractions, to portfolio manager overseeing mixed-use residential and commercial assets, to director of operations leading strategic initiatives and teams. That range is the point: he has sat in every seat, so he understands a reserve study, a board election, a build-out, and a P&L with equal fluency.

As a manager he has led full-cycle budgeting that boosted reserves and generated six-figure annual savings through vendor negotiations and insurance premium reductions of up to 30%, run board meetings and budget hearings with procedural accuracy, and kept communities compliant under Florida Statutes Chapters 718 and 720. His fluency in English, Spanish, and Russian lets him serve South Florida's communities in the languages they actually live in.
